Albuterol

  • 6-12 y.o.: 24 mg/day
Metaproterenol
  • 10 mg/5 ml syrup
<6 y.o.: 0.3-0.5 mg/kg/dose q6-8h

6-9 y.o.: 10 mg q6-8h

>9 y.o.: 20 mg q6-8h

 
Theophylline
  • 80mg/15ml syrup

<4 wks: 3-6 mg/kg/day q12h

Brompheniramine

Pseudoephedrine

Triprolodine

  • 1.25mg/5ml

 

6-12 yo: 1.25mg q4-6h

Max dose:

  • 6-12 yo: 8mg/day
